• Order and contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address.
• Purchase information: the products you order, order value, order history and delivery status.
• Payment information: processed directly by our payment providers through Shopify Checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
• Reviews and content you choose to submit, such as product ratings and comments.
• Technical information: device type, browser, approximate location and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

• To process, pack, deliver and support your orders.
• To communicate with you about your order, delivery or a query you raised.
• To publish product reviews you submit.
• To send you newsletters or specials, where you have asked to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve our store, product range and site performance.

We share personal information only where it is necessary to run our store, and only with providers who are bound to keep it confidential:

• Shopify, which hosts our checkout and processes orders and payments.
• Payment gateways used by Shopify Checkout to authorise your payment.
• Courier and delivery partners, to deliver your order.
• Our hosting and database providers, which store site and review data securely.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Where information is processed outside South Africa by these providers, we rely on their contractual and technical safeguards to give it comparable protection.

We keep order and invoice records for as long as the law requires (generally five years for tax purposes). Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Reviews stay published until you ask us to remove them.

Our site is served over encrypted connections, payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers, and access to customer data is limited to people who need it to fulfil your order. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information.
